2. "As Is" Software Disclaimer

The PDF processing tools (Merging, Compression, OCR, Conversion) are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

• Accuracy Not Guaranteed: While we strive for engineering perfection, PDF conversion is a complex technical process. Formatting, fonts, images, and layout may shift during conversion (e.g., PDF to Word). We do not guarantee a 1:1 replica of the original document.
• OCR Limitations: Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology may misread characters, especially in handwritten or low-quality documents. You should always verify the output manually.
• Data Loss: We are not responsible for any corruption of files or loss of data that may occur during the processing of your documents. Always keep a backup of your original files.
