Across 19 of our 22 PDF tools and all 20 financial calculators, processing occurs 100% locally in your browser with zero third-party data transfer. Where external services are used, we partner only with GDPR-compliant processors under strict data-processing terms:

• CloudConvert (Word to PDF Tool Only): Processes uploaded .docx/.doc files ephemerally over HTTPS solely to return the converted PDF.
• Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC: Provides anonymized Google Analytics 4 (G-DY3WEGGFM4) traffic telemetry and Google AdSense (ca-pub-3853491600005177) ad serving.
• Cloudflare & Hosting Infrastructure: Provides TLS 1.3 encryption, WAF/DDoS protection, and isolated server execution for Compress PDF and PDF to PDF/A.

10. Data Retention Periods

• Temporary Files: Cleared instantly upon page close or automatically purged from servers within 30 minutes.
• Support Emails: Retained for up to 12 months for context.
